摘 要:印制电路板表面喷涂三防漆可有效保护电路遭腐蚀、破坏,从而增强产品的可靠性,延长产品使用寿命。在返修过程中,将三防漆去除干净且对印制电路板不造成损伤是十分重要的。本文介绍了三防漆的常用去除工艺以及高效无损的干冰清洁新技术在三防漆去除的可行性,最后通过试验对比介绍了干冰清洁技术在航电产品中应用情况。The surface of PCB can be effectively protected from corrosion and damage by brushing conformal coating,thereby enhancing the reliability and prolonging the service life of the products.In the repair process,it is extremely important to clean the coating without damaging the PCB.Methods of removing the conformal coating on PCB are introduced as well as the feasibility of the efficient and non-destructive ice blasting technology in conformal coating removal.Finally,the application of dry ice blasting technology in avionics products is introduced through comparing experiments.
