摘  要:为研究半刚性基层沥青路面裂缝非开挖注浆技术的应用情况,依托宁沪高速养护施工项目,开展了对耐水型改性聚氨酯反应性树脂材料性能、施工工艺以及工后质量的检测研究。研究结果表明,耐水型改性聚氨酯反应性树脂具有强度高、黏结性强、微膨胀、成型快等众多优异的路用性能,可有效处治基层裂缝,提高路面承载能力,快速开放交通,延长路面使用寿命,并提出了各项工艺的技术要点,完善了注浆施工工艺。This research mainly studies the application of trenchless grouting technology in semi-rigid base asphalt pavement.Based on the maintenance construction project of Jiangsu expressway,this paper carried out the performance,construction technology and post-construction quality testing of water-resistant modified polyurethane reactive resin materials.The results show that the water-resistant modified polyurethane reactive resin has many excellent road performances,such as high strength,strong adhesion,micro expansion,fast forming and so on.It can effectively treat the cracks at the base,improve the bearing capacity of the road surface,open the traffic quickly and extend the service life of the road surface.Furthermore,various technical points and routing construction technology was put forward.
