摘 要:泰州大桥作为国家级重大工程,是世界首座千米级三塔悬索桥。主跨2×1 080 m,钢桥面铺装采用“下层浇注+上层环氧”的刚柔复合型铺装方案,其结构体系为桥梁技术前沿的突破性创新,系世界首创,具有“三塔两跨悬索桥型、钢箱梁结构超长、交通量较大、重型车比例高、桥位区雨量充沛、相对湿度大”等独有的工程特点。泰州大桥超长超柔钢桥面结构也对运营维养提出了新挑战,系大桥建设的“八大技术难点”之一。大桥在钢桥面铺装养护运营阶段做了大量卓有成效的研究与实践工作,取得了丰硕成果,建立了桥面系服役状态感知系统,摸清了铺装性能衰变规律,并定期开展洒水控温和治超,促进日常管养的成效明显。此外,还开展了人工步检及专业化检测工作,实现检测全面覆盖,开发了适用于刚柔复合型铺装长期服役的耐久性保存和提升的关键技术,实现高品质耐久性服役。As a national major project,Taizhou Bridge is the world's first three-tower suspension bridge with a main span of 2×1080 meters,the steel deck pavement adopts the rigid flexible composite pavement scheme of"lower layer pouring+upper layer epoxy".Its structural system is a breakthrough innovation in the world's bridge technology frontier,and is the first in the world.It has the unique engineering characteristics of"three-tower and two-span suspension bridge type,long steel box girder structure,large traffic volume,the high proportion of heavy vehicles,abundant rainfall in the bridge site area,and large relative humidity.The ultra-long and ultra-flexible steel deck structure of Taizhou Bridge poses new challenges to operation and maintenance,and is one of the"eight major technical difficulties"in bridge construction.Taizhou Bridge has conducted a lot of effective research and practical work during the maintenance and operation phase of steel deck pavement,achieved fruitful results.It has established the bridge deck system service state perception system and understood the decay law of pavement performance.Regular watering and temperature control measures have been carried out to promote significant results in daily management and maintenance.Carrying out manual step inspection and specialized testing work to achieve comprehensive coverage of professional testing.Developing key technologies suitable for long-term durability preservation and improvement of rigid flexible composite pavement,achieving high-quality durability service.
