摘 要:借助动态剪切流变(DSR)、多应力重复蠕变(MSCR)、低温小梁(BBR)及雪茄管等室内试验,定量评价了伊朗岩沥青改性沥青(IRAMA)的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及贮存稳定性,并研究了老化作用、应力水平等对IRAMA抗高温变形能力的影响及伊朗岩沥青(IRA)预热温度对IRAMA贮存稳定性的影响。结果表明:(1)IRAMA具有更优的抵抗高温剪切变形能力,且抗永久变形能力对应力水平不敏感,在重载交通工况下,具有显著优势。(2)尽管SBS改性沥青呈现出更明显的弹性特征,但对老化作用及应力水平较敏感,不如IRAMA稳定。(3)IRAMA、70#基质沥青及SBS改性沥青的性能分级分别为PG 76-16、PG 64-22及PG 70-28,可见IRA的掺入能显著提升基质沥青的高温性能,超越SBS改性沥青1个温度等级,而低温性能则较基质沥青削弱1个温度等级。(4)借助常温IRA对基质沥青改性,会明显削弱基质沥青的贮存稳定性,但通过将IRA提前预热至合适的温度(100℃),可克服上述不足,达到与70#基质沥青相近的贮存稳定性。The high-temperature performance,low-temperature crack resistance and storage stability of Iranian Rock Asphalt Modified Asphalt(IRAMA)were quantitatively evaluated using laboratory tests such as DSR,MSCR,BBR,and cigartube in this paper.Theffects of ag ing and stress level on the high-temperature deformation resistance ofIRAMA were studied,as well as the influence ofIRA preheating temperature on the storage stability ofIRAMA.The results show that:1)IRAMA has better resistance to high-temperature shear deformation,and its resistance to permanent deformation is not sensitive to stress levels,thus it has significant advantages under heavy traffic conditions;2)Although SBS modified asphalt exhibits more obvious elastic characteristics,it is more sensitive to aging and stress levels,and is not as stable as IRAMA;3)The performance grades of IRAMA,70#base asphalt,and SBS modified asphalt are PG 76-16,PG 64-22,and PG 70-28,respectively.The addition of IRA can significantly improve the high-temperature performance of the base asphalt,surpassing SBS modified asphalt,and weakening its low-temperature performance by one temperature grade compared to the base asphalt;4)The storage stability of matrix asphalt was obviously weakened by IRA modified asphalt at room temperature.However,by preheating the IRA to a suitable temperature(100 C)in advance,the above shortcomings can be overcome and the storage stability ofIRAMA is similar to that of 70#base asphalt.
