摘  要:为探究遮阴对紫叶紫薇生长及光合特性的影响,明确紫叶紫薇对不同光照强度的适应性,通过遮阴方法设置4个不同的光照强度水平L_(1)(CK)、L_(2)(轻度遮阴)、L_(3)(中度遮阴)、L_(4)(重度遮阴),测定2个紫叶紫薇品种的比叶重、光响应曲线、叶绿素荧光参数、抗氧化酶等生理生化指标。结果表明:随着遮阴程度的增加,‘午夜紫薇’与‘巧克力紫薇’的叶面积与光合色素含量逐渐升高,与之相反,比叶重逐渐降低;‘巧克力紫薇’与‘午夜紫薇’的净光合速率(P_(n))随着光照强度(PAR)增加逐渐升高,当PAR>800μmol/(m^(2)·s)时,P_(n)的增加逐渐趋于缓慢,最后达到光饱和。‘午夜紫薇’与‘巧克力紫薇’的光饱和点和光补偿点在L_(1)遮荫处理时显著低于其他遮荫处理,且随着遮荫程度的增加,二者的P_(max)(最大净光合速率)呈现先增加后降低的趋势;‘巧克力紫薇’与‘午夜紫薇’的P_(n)随着胞间二氧化碳(CO_(2))浓度的增加而逐渐上升,当C(i胞间CO_(2)浓度)>1000μmol/mol时,P_(n)随C_(i)的升高的增加趋于缓慢‘。午夜紫薇’与‘巧克力紫薇’的CO_(2)补偿点随着遮荫程度的增加而逐渐降低。‘巧克力紫薇’Y(II)(实际光化学量子效率)随着遮荫程度的增加逐渐增加,而‘巧克力紫薇’与‘午夜紫薇’Y(NO)(与光无关的基本散热量子效率)则随着遮荫程度的增加而显著降低。L_(1)全光照条件显著增加了‘午夜紫薇’与‘巧克力紫薇’的O_(2)-产生速率与H2O_(2)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。因此,全光照条件下紫叶紫薇出现一定的光抑制现象,轻度遮阴可提高紫叶紫薇的光能利用率,促进生长发育,同时紫叶紫薇对弱光具有一定的适应性。In order to study the effects of shading on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of purpleleaf Lagerstroemia indica,and to clarify the adaptability of purple-leaf Lagerstroemia indica to different light intensities,four different light intensity levels(L_(1)(CK),L_(2)(light shade),L_(3)(moderate shade)and L_(4)(heavy shade))were set through shading methods.The physiological and biochemical indexes of two purple-leaf Lagerstroemia indica varieties,such as specific leaf weight(SLW),light response curve,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and antioxidant enzymes were determined.With the increase of shading degree,the results showed that the leaf area and photosynthetic pigment content of Lagerstroemia indica‘Midnight’and Lagerstroemia indica‘Chocolate’increased,while the results of SLW decreased.The net photosynthetic rate(P_(n))of Lagerstroemia indica‘Midnight’and Lagerstroemia indica‘Chocolate’increased gradually with the increase of light intensity(PAR).When PAR>800μmol/(m·s),the increase of P_(n) gradually slowed down and finally reached light saturation.The light saturation point and light compensation point of Lagerstroemia indica‘Midnight’and Lagerstroemia indica‘Chocolate’under L_(1) light intensity were significantly lower than those of other shading treatments,and P_(max)(maximum net photosynthetic rate)of both Lagerstroemia indica varieties increased first and then decreased with the increase of shading degree.The P_(n) of Lagerstroemia indica‘Midnight’and Lagerstroemia indica‘Chocolate’increased gradually with the increase of CO_(2) concentration,while the P_(n) tended to increase slowly with the increase of C_(i)(Intercellular CO_(2) concentration)>1000(μmol/mol).The CO_(2) compensation points of Lagerstroemia indica‘Midnight’and Lagerstroemia indica‘Chocolate’decreased with increasing shading.Y(II)(Actual photochemical quantum efficiency)of Lagerstroemia indica‘Chocolate’increased with the increase of shading degree,while Y(NO)(Quantum efficiency
