摘 要:基于双离合自动变速器动力学建模和动力升挡过程物理特性分析,明确了分离离合器正、负扭传递和正、负速差分离原理。结合摩擦传扭特性耐久变化分析,明确了结合离合器传扭特性的耐久补偿需求。提出了换挡等效调速系数这一特征参数,并研究了针对结合离合器传扭特性的双参数识别方法,进一步开发了动力升挡结合离合器控制自适应功能,通过仿真和实车测试,验证了自适应功能的有效性和实用性。Based on the dynamic modeling of dual-clutch transmission and the analysis of physical characteristics during the power-on upshift process,the principles of positive and negative torque transfer as well as positive and negative slip of the off-going clutch are clarified.Combined with analysis of friction characteristic correlation with wear of clutch,the wear compensation require-ments of on-coming clutch torque transmission characteristics are determined.The concept of the equivalent shift speed ratio is proposed as a characteristic parameter,and a dual-parameter identifica-tion method for the on-coming clutch torque transmission characteristics is studied.Furthermore,the adaptive control function on-coming clutch control for power upshift is developed.The effectiveness and practicality of the adaptive function are verified through simulation and vehicle testing.
