摘　　要：欧盟REACH立法宗旨是保护人类健康和环境安全,本质上也是技术贸易壁垒的重要组成部分,是我国汽车产品出口面临的重大挑战,需企业谨慎应对。基于汽车出口经验,文章针对法规跟踪与机制建立、REACH合规管控的关键方式和有害物质替代技术3个方面进行阐述,期望能为汽车产品REACH管控提供一些参考。The purpose of EU REACH legislation is to protect human health and environmen-tal safety,and is essentially an important component of technological trade barriers.It is a major chal-lenge faced by China′s automobile product exports and requires enterprises to respond cautiously.Based on the experience of automobile exports,three aspects are elaborated:regulatory tracking and mechanism establishment,key methods of REACH compliance control,and hazardous substance sub-stitution technology,aiming to provide some reference for REACH control of automobile products.
