摘　　要：我国乡村振兴政策持续推进,智能化、信息化的农业机械广泛应用,随着农业机械种类和数量不断增多,农机事故还一定程度的存在,农机保险成为一种降低农机安全生产工作风险保障的手段,为维护农户收入稳定增长,维护农村社会和谐与稳定具有重要意义。基于2019—2020年全国30个省市200个县(市)农机安全调研数据,抽取340个农机服务组织,对农机保险情况进行分析。找出目前存在农机保险的覆盖面较低、农机保险险种单一且发展不平衡、承保和投保农机保险的积极性不高、农机服务组织安全生产意识不强等问题,有针对性地提出积极争取政府扶持力度、拓宽农机保险保障范围和险种、加强农机保险宣传、加强对农机服务组织的安全技能培训等相关建议。With the continuous promotion of rural revitalization policies in China,the intelligent and informationized agricultural machinery is widely used.With the increasing variety and quantity of agricultural machinery,agricultural machinery accidents still exist to a certain extent.Agricultural machinery insurance has become a means of reducing the risks of agricultural machinery safety production,which is of great significance to maintain the stable growth of farmers' income and the rural social harmony and stability.Based on the survey data of agricultural machinery safety in 200 counties(cities) in 30 provinces and cities across China from 2019 to 2020,340 agricultural machinery service organizations were selected to analyze the situation of agricultural machinery insurance.At present,there are still some problems,such as low coverage of agricultural machinery insurance,single types and unbalanced development of agricultural machinery insurance,low enthusiasm of underwriting and insuring agricultural machinery insurance,low awareness of safety production in agricultural machinery service organizations,etc.,this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions such as actively seeking for the government support,widening the scope and types of agricultural machinery insurance,strengthening the publicity of agricultural machinery insurance,and strengthening the safety skills training of agricultural machinery service organizations.
