摘　　要：日本经济从繁荣走向衰退的演变是金融财阀主导下的必然趋势。战后日本金融财阀经历了“瓦解”“复活”“融合”等阶段,逐渐成为日本经济体系的主导力量。日本依靠金融财阀的生产性积累快速完成了经济重建,推动了科技进步、世界市场的开拓以及福利社会的建立等,实现了经济的繁荣发展。然而金融财阀作为金融资本的具体形式也服从生产性积累向剥夺性积累偏移的普遍性规律。金融财阀向基于不动产和股票等投机的剥夺性积累偏移,使日本经济深陷泡沫危机,并加剧了产业空洞化,扩大了贫富差距等问题,导致日本经济走向衰退。日本政府在应对经济衰退的政策中,又进一步强化了金融财阀的经济地位,增强了金融财阀对经济的剥夺能力,使其越来越成为日本经济发展的桎梏。The evolution of Japan's economy from prosperity to recession was an inevitable trend under the dominance of financial conglomerates.Post-war Japanese financial conglomerates went through stages of disintegration,revival,and integration,gradually becoming the dominant force in Japan's economic sys-tem.Japan relied on the productive accumulation of financial conglomerates to rapidly complete economic reconstruction,promoting technological progress,the development of the world market,and the establish-ment of a welfare society,achieving prosperous economic development.However,as a specific form of fi-nancial capital,financial conglomerates also conform to the universal law of shifting from productive accu-mulation to predatory accumulation.Predatory accumulation based on real estate and stock speculation plunged the Japanese economy into a bubble crisis,exacerbating problems such as industrial hollowing-out and widening wealth gaps,leading to Japan's economic recession.In addressing the economic reces-sion,the Japanese government further strengthened the economic position of financial conglomerates,en-hancing their capacity for economic predation,increasingly becoming a shackle on Japan's economic development.
