摘 要:钢中夹杂物是造成钢材性能质量下降的主要原因之一,而外加电流被证实可作为调控夹杂物数量、尺寸和形态分布的重要手段。基于国内外相关研究,阐述了钢中夹杂物的危害及其常规控制手段、外加电流的类型及施加电极方式,并系统综述了外加电流控制钢中夹杂物迁移的研究现状,总结了电流驱动夹杂物迁移去除的作用机制,同时对脉冲电流抑制水口堵塞的应用进行介绍,最后指出目前外加电流应用存在的不足,并对未来研究方向进行展望。由于脉冲电流在控制夹杂物的迁移去除及抑制水口堵塞方面具有显著效果,未来有望成为冶金领域一项新技术。The presence of inclusions in steel is one of the main reasons for the degradation of steel properties and quality,and the applied current has been proven to be an important approach to regulate the number,size and morphological distribution of inclusions in recent years.Based on the literature review at home and abroad,the hazards of inclusions in steel and their conventional control means are briefly depicted,the types of applied currents and the way of applying electrodes are explained,and the current status of research on the control of inclusions migration in steel by applied currents is systematically reviewed,the mechanism of action of current-driven inclusions migration removal is summarized,and the application of pulsed currents to suppress water outlet blockage is introduced.Finally,the shortcomings of the current application of applied current are pointed out and future research directions are foreseen.Because of the significant effect of pulsed current in controlling the migration and removal of inclusions and inhibiting the blockage of water openings,it is expected to become a sheer new technology in the field of metallurgy in the future.
