摘  要:为研究憎水剂与浸渍剂对透水混凝土性能的复合影响,向透水混凝土中掺入不同量(0、0.1%、0.3%、0.6%、1.0%,有效成分与水泥的质量比)的憎水剂,再用硅烷浸渍剂进一步处理,研究憎水剂和硅烷浸渍剂对透水混凝土抗压强度、透水性能、吸水率的影响。结果表明,憎水剂可延缓水泥的水化反应,降低透水混凝土的抗压强度;经硅烷浸渍剂处理后,透水混凝土的抗压强度进一步降低,有效孔隙率提高;硅烷浸渍剂和憎水剂可显著提高透水混凝土的透水系数;憎水剂在透水混凝土孔隙壁形成膜结构,可显著降低透水混凝土的吸水率,与未添加憎水剂和硅烷浸渍剂相比,透水混凝土的吸水率最大可降低50%。综合评价透水混凝土各项指标,憎水剂和浸渍剂不宜同时使用。To scrutinize the composite effect of hydrophobic agent and impregnant agent on the properties of previous concrete,different contents(0,0.1%,0.3%,0.6%,1.0%,the mass ratio of effective components in cement)of the hydrophobic agent were mixed into pervious concrete,and then the specimen was further treated with silane impregnant.The effects of hydrophobic agent and silane impregnant on the compressive strength,permeability performance,and water absorption of pervious concrete were compared and analyzed.Findings of the study show that hydrophobic agents could delay the hydration reaction of cement and reduce the compressive strength of the pervious concrete.The compressive strength of pervious concrete was further reduced after the treatment with silane impregnant.However,Silane impregnant treatment could improve the effective porosity of pervious concrete.Besides,silane impregnant and hydrophobic agents significantly increased the permeability coefficient of the pervious concrete.A hydrophobic agent formed a membrane structure in the pore wall of pervious concrete,which significantly decreased the water absorption rate of the specimen.Compared to that of the control group,it could reduce the water absorption rate by 50%at most.Therefore,based on the comprehensive evaluation of the various indexes of the pervious concrete,it is not advisable to use hydrophobic agent and silane impregnant simultaneously.
