摘 要:探头是油气管道检测器的核心元件,使用检测器对油气管道进行内检测的过程中,探头的运动姿态将对采集的管道缺陷信号质量产生影响,为确保获取质量良好的信号,要求检测器在运行过程中探头表面始终与管道内壁紧密贴合。目前常采用实验法获取探头零件的结构参数。基于Ansysworkbench的探头运动姿态仿真可方便的获取不同结构参数下探头的运动姿态,仿真结果与实验结果基本一致,并且该方法具有节约时间和加工成本的优点。The probe is the core element of the oil and gas pipeline inspection gauge(PIG),when the PIG running in the oil and gas pipeline,the motion attitude of the probe wll have an impact on the quality of the collected pipeline defect signal.To ensure the acquisition of high-quality signals,it is required that the probe's surface should always closely fit with the inner wall of the pipe during the PIG running in the pipeline.At present,the structure parameters of the probe parts are often obtained by experiment.The motion attitude simulation of the probe based on Ansyswkbench can easily obtain the motion attitude of the probe under different structural parameters.The simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results,and this method has the advantages of saving time and processing costs.
