摘　　要：本文的核心就是根据中国控制下交付制度的现行法规进行探索,分析该制度相关审查标准、法律法规的不足之处,并提出完善建议。控制下交付制度自被中国刑事诉讼法引进并加以承认以来,相关司法实践发展迅速,在实际案例中发挥着广泛的作用,但是法律法规的完善较为迟缓,法律规制滞后与司法实践的情况下,该制度的效力可能便难以得到最大程度的发挥,并带来其他风险和隐患。Based on the current laws and regulations of controlled delivery system,this study analyzes its shortcomings in relevant examination standards,laws and regulations,and put forward suggestions for improvement.Since the introduction and recognition of the controlled delivery system by China's criminal procedure law,the relevant judicial practice has developed rapidly and played a wide role in practical cases,but the perfection of laws and regulations is relatively slow.The effectiveness of the system may be difficult to maximize and bring other risks and hidden dangers.
