摘 要:太赫兹波因其频谱分辨性、穿透性、安全性和独特的生物效应,具有非常重大的科学探索价值和潜在的应用价值。近20年来,太赫兹技术逐渐进入了中药研究领域。文章从太赫兹时域光谱(THz-TDS)技术、太赫兹成像技术和太赫兹波的生物效应3个方面,对太赫兹技术在中药研究领域应用的现状进行了评述,并以多学科交叉的视角提出了新的研究思路。为理工科专家学者们提供了中医药理论的支持,为中医药工作者们引介了太赫兹技术这一强有力的研究工具。Terahertz waves possess considerable scientific value and potential application value due to their spectral resolution,penetration,safety and unique biological effects.Terahertz technologies have been gradually applied in traditional Chinese materia medica research in the past two decades.In this paper,the current application of terahertz technologies in traditional Chinese materia medica research,i.e.,terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS)and terahertz imaging techniques,and the biological effect of terahertz waves are reviewed.In addition,novel research ideas are prospectively proposed from an interdisciplinary perspective,thereby providing support for traditional Chinese medicine theories for experts and scholars in science and engineering and introducing a powerful research tool,i.e.,terahertz technologies,to Chinese medical personnel.
