摘　　要：清代医家刘奎所著《松峰说疫》一书,融古创新,汇聚其治疫学术思想精华:首创“三疫说”,总结七十二种杂疫;重视寒疫,创制寒疫新方苏羌饮;尊崇《黄帝内经》运气学说,以“五运郁发”阐释疫病发生规律,组方用药以治“郁”为主;创立瘟疫六经治法,继承发展仲景学术思想;治疫善用辛凉清解、芳香除秽之品,用药推崇浮萍、降真香;系统提出防疫措施,注重调摄情志。以期对现代疫病临床治疗提供参考。Songfeng Shuo Yi,written by LIU Kui,a traditional Chinese physician of Qing dynasty,combined tradition and innovation,recorded LIU Kui's academic thought on epidemic disease.The theory of three kinds of epidemic disease'was first created,and 72 kinds of miscellaneous epidemic disease were summarized.Systematically summarized the source,path and treatment of the plague.Attached importance to cold epidemic and created Suqiang drink,a new prescription for cold epidemic.Respected the theory of yun qi in Huangdi Neijing,explained the occurrence law of epidemic disease in terms of stagnation and outbreak of the five yun'.The main prescription rule is to relieve the stagnation of qi.Established the treatment of the six meridians of the plague,inherited and developed ZHANG Zhongjing's academic thought.Make good use of traditional Chinese medicine that is pungent,cool and fragrant,such as duckweed and dalbergia odorifera.Systematically put forward epidemic prevention measures and paid attention to the regulation of emotions.In order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of modernepidemic disease.
