摘　　要：《喉痧症治概要》是丁甘仁喉痧诊治思想的集萃,这本著作体现其诊治过程中注重病机,注意鉴别,留意时机,灵活选方,慎于调护的特点。丁甘仁认为,喉痧是由于感触疠气所致,其发病与肺、脾两脏密切相关。在该病的发展转归过程中容易发生诸多变证,因此在治疗时要把握治疗时机,精确选方用药。在治疗之外,合理调护亦是病愈的关键因素。通过研究《喉痧症治概要》中彰显的喉痧诊治思想,可以为当代部分热病的中医治疗提供思路。Laryngeal Sha Disease Treatment Summary is a collection of DING Ganren's thoughts on diagnosis and treatment of Laryngeal Sha.This book reflects the characteristics of paying attention to pathogenesis,paying attention to identification,paying attention to timing,flexible selection of prescriptions,and careful nursing in the process of diagnosis and treatment.DING Ganren believed that Laryngeal Sha is caused by the sensation of pestilence,and its pathogenesis is closely related to the lung and spleen.In the course of the development and outcome of the disease,many changes are prone to occur.Therefore,it is necessary to grasp the timing of treatment and accurately select the prescription.In addition to treatment,reasonable nursing is also a key factor in the recovery of the disease.By studying the thought of diagnosis and treatment of Laryngeal Sha in the Laryngeal Sha Disease Treatment Summary,we can provide ideas for the treatment of some febrile diseases in contemporary Chinesemedicine.
