论“土为太极”的思想及其在中医药临床中的重要作用

摘　　要：土在五行中有着特殊的地位,土为太极之廓,土可生万物亦可化万物;土为中气,化生木、火、金、水四象,土为四象之母,土可谓太极。土和其他四行不是很多中医理解的并列平行的关系,土的位置是凌驾于其他四行之上的。土在五味中对应甘味,培补元气离不开甘味中药,甘味中药及所组成的方剂是中医药治疗虚证的基石,因为太极为阴阳之母,所以甘味中药才有此特性,这也正印证了“土为太极”思想。历代中医重视调理脾胃以及补土派的理论和临床应用也根基于太极土的特性。因此深悟太极五行中土之理对学好中医有巨大作用.The earth has a special position in the five elements.The earth is the outline of Tai Chi.The earth can give birth to and transform all things.Earth is the middle energizer,the chemical birth of wood,fire,gold,water four images,the mother of the four images,earth can be called Tai Chi.The position of earth and the other four lines is not the parallel relationship understood by many Chinese medicine.The position of earth is above the other four lines.Earth corresponds to sweet flavor among the five favors,and nourishing vitality cannot be separated from sweet traditional Chinese medicine.Sweet traditional Chinese medicine and its composition are the cornerstone of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of deficiency syndrome,which is the mother of yin and yang.The characteristics confirm the idea that'earth is Tai Chi'.The theory and clinical application of the school of regulating the spleen and stomach and reinforcing the earth were also based on the characteristics of Tai Chi earth.Therefore,deep understanding of the five elements of Tai Chi and the principle of the earth has a great effect on learning Chinese medicine.
