摘　　要：四川文氏皮外科流派是中医皮科重要学术流派之一,在百年传承中积累了丰富的诊疗经验,其理法方药具有鲜明的川派特色。寻常型银屑病是临床常见的皮肤疾病,其反复发作,缠绵难愈。流派立足于四川地域特色,对于寻常型银屑病的治疗有独特见解,用药过程中重视对脾胃的调理,强调透邪,提倡寒温并用,经方、时方、验方合用,妙用药对,随症加减,屡收奇效。文章对四川文氏皮外科流派治疗寻常型银屑病的方药特色进行总结,以供广大同道交流参考。Sichuan WENs'dermatological surgery school is one of the important academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine.It has accumulated rich experience in diagnosis and treatment in its century-old inheritance,and its doctrines,remedies and medicines have distinct characteristics of Sichuan school.Psoriasis vulgaris is a common clinical skin disease that occurs repeatedly and is difficult to heal.Based on the regional characteristics of Sichuan province,the school has a unique view on the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.In the process of medication,it attaches importance to the conditioning of the spleen and stomach,emphasizes the transmission of evil,advocates the combination of cold and heat,the combination of classical prescriptions,non-classical prescriptions and experiential effective recipe,technically using the medicine pair,add or subtract according to symptoms,repeatedly receiving the magic effect.In this paper,the prescription features of Sichuan WENs'dermatological surgery school for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris are summarized for reference,for everyone's exchangeandreference.
