基于“气化理论”论治间歇期痛风

摘　　要：间歇期痛风存在正邪交争的病理过程,正胜邪退则病情缓解,若病邪久恋,则正气暗耗,阳气不足,三焦功能失常。保证水谷津液代谢中气化功能的正常,对于避免病情缠绵反复非常重要。“肾-三焦-营卫”三者关系密切,共同构成气化系统,与全身津液代谢及痛风发病相关。肾主气化,在津液的生成和代谢中起主导作用,三焦是津液代谢的枢纽,为肾气化运行津液的通道,又能促进营卫之气的生成和运行,营卫失和则三焦功能失调,营卫失调易导致痛风急性发作。笔者认为调节“肾-三焦-营卫”气化系统促进津液正常代谢,对避免痛风病迁延十分关键,并创制清明汤应用于间歇期痛风患者的治疗,取得了满意疗效。Intermittent gout exists in the pathological process of positive-evil struggle,positive victory and evil retreat will be relieved,if the disease and evil for a long time,then the positive qi dark depletion,yang qi insufficiency,triple jiao malfunction.Ensuring normal qi function in the metabolism of fluids is very important to avoid the lingering recurrence of the disease.The'kidney-triple jiao-ying and wei'are closely related and together constitute the qi system,which is related to the metabolism of fluid in the whole body and the pathogenesis of gout.Kidney manages gasification,in the generation and metabolism of fluid,plays a leading role,the triple jiao is the hub of fluid metabolism,for the kidney qi to run the channel of fluid,and can promote the generation and operation of ying-wei qi,the disorder of ying and wei can lead to the dysfunction of the triple energizer,and the disorder of ying and wei can easily lead to the acute attack of gout.We believe that regulating the‘kidney-triple jiao-ying and wei'gasification system to promote the normal metabolism of body fluid is very important to avoid the prolongation of gout,and created Qingming Decoction for the treatment of intermittent gout patients,and achieved satisfactory results.
