从“络脑通脏腑”论眼针治疗中风的病机证治

摘　　要：中风病位在脑,临床表现多变、脏腑辨证复杂、后遗症缠绵难愈。彭氏眼针基于《证治准绳》“脉络经纬于脑,贯通脏腑……以滋于目”,认为“眼-络-脑-脏腑”之间联系可体现在疾病发展全过程。“久病入络”是络病学说的理论基础,也是辨析中风等复杂性疾病病机的新契机。文章从“络脑通脏腑”出发,结合络病“承制调平”“分期辨治”等理论特色,从以络溯因、观眼审络、以络论治3个方面探析眼针治疗中风的病机证治,并提出“补虚通络”原则可贯穿眼针治疗中风全过程,更好发挥眼针治疗中风的优势。The location of stroke is on the brain,which has changeable clinical manifestations,complicated syndrome differentiation of viscera and lingering sequelae.PENGs'eye acupuncture is based on Zhengzhi Zhunsheng Veins throughout the brain,through the viscera...moisturize eyes',and believed that the connection of'eye,collaterals,brain and viscera'can be performed in the whole process of disease.'Chronic disease into collaterals is the theoretical basis of collaterals theory,but also a new opportunity to distinguish the pathogenesis of complex disease such as stroke.The article starts from the theory of brain and connect viscera'and combines the theoretical features of collateral diseases such as'adjustment and balance'and differentiation and treatment by stages'.To explore the pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment of eye acupuncture treatment of stroke from three aspects:searching trace of collaterals,observing collaterals by eyes and treating collaterals based on collaterals.Put forward the principle of'reinforcing deficiency and dredging collaterals'can run through the whole process of stroke treatment,and play more advantages for the eye acupuncture in the treatment of stroke.
