从培元固本养神论治中风后遗症经验

摘　　要：文章介绍赖新生教授培元固本养神法治疗中风后遗症经验,赖教授认为中风后遗症病机为本虚标实,乃元气亏虚,元精元阴元阳不足,阴阳失衡,气血逆乱,痰瘀等有形实邪阻滞经脉及脑窍,最终损伤脑髓神机所致。故赖教授临床治疗中风后遗症倡培调元气,从阴阳立论以固本,“神-元气”相合以通调全身气机,并注重久病多痰瘀、久病入络、久痿防瘫。针刺善用俞募配穴、督脉刺、透刺、刺络等,中药自拟“鹿河续命汤”,临床疗效卓越。This article introduced professor LAI Xinsheng's experience in treating sequelae of apoplexy by strengthening the foundation and nourishing the mind.According to professor LAI,the pathogenesis of sequelae of apoplexy was based on deficiency and marked by excess.The main causes were deficiency of yuan qi,deficiency of yin and yang of yuan essence,imbalance of yin and yang,disorder of qi and blood,phlegm and blood stasis,and other tangible pathogens that blocked the meridians and could not nourish the meridians and brain orifices,resulting in lingering and difficult healing of sequelae of apoplexy.Therefore,professor LAI advocated the cultivation of vitality in the clinical treatment of sequelae of apoplexy,based on the theory of yin and yang,combined with'spirit and vitality'to regulate the qi mechanism of the whole body,and paid attention to long-term llness with phlegm and blood stasis,long-term illness into collaterals and long-term impotence and paralysis prevention.Acupuncture made good use of Shu Mu matching points,Du Mai needling,penetrating needling and pricking collaterals,and the traditional Chinese medicine'Luhe Xuming Decoction'had excellent clinical efficacy.
