运用生慧汤结合扶老丸治疗老年健忘经验撷菁

摘　　要：健忘是指记忆力减退,遇事善忘的认知类疾病,好发生于老年人,迁延不愈则可发展为老年痴呆生慧汤与扶老丸是治疗健忘的经典方剂,王平教授认为其治病关键在于,充盈元气以生髓化神,兼以安神定志、抵御邪气,在临床应用中具有较好的疗效。现将其学术思想和临床经验总结如下,以期为临床治疗老年健忘提供参考。Forgetfulness refers to a cognitive disease with memory loss and forgetfulness.It occurs in the elderly and can develop into senile dementia if it is delayed.Shenghui Decoction and Fulao Pills are classic prescriptions for the treatment of amnesia.Professor WANG Ping believes that the key to its treatment is to fll the primordial qi to generate marrow and transform the spirit,and to calm the mind and resist the evil,which has a good effect in clinical application.Now its academic thoughts and clinical experience are summarized as follows,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of senile amnesia.
