摘　　要：湿热体质是指由于体内湿热内蕴,以面垢油光、口苦、苔黄腻等为主要特征的一类体质类型。文章基于“以体统病(证)、以体统方(药)”的诊疗思想,以湿热体质为研究对象,根据湿热邪气蕴结部位的不同,阐明所衍生出的常见病症,对其相应方药加以剖析,做到方为人所用、方为人所宜,以期能为湿热体质调体预防及相关病症治疗提供参考。Damp-heat constitution refers to a kind of constitution type mainly characterized by surface dirt and oil,bitter mouth,yellow and greasy moss,etc.due to the damp-heat connotation in the body.In this paper,based on the diagnosis and treatment ideas of‘systematic disease(syndrome)and systematic prescription(medicine)',taking dampness-heat constitution as the research object,according to the different parts of dampness-heat evil qi accumulation,elucidate the common disease syndromes derived,and analyze the corresponding prescriptions,so as to achieve the prescription used by people and appropriate for people,in order to provide reference for the prevention of dampness-heat constitution regulating body and the treatment of relateddiseases.
