摘　　要：文章介绍杭州何氏女科对妇女高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染认识与中医治疗,概述了HPV感染所致宫颈疾病中西医认识,阐述了中医病因病机:正气虚弱,邪毒内浸;脾运失司,浊气内蕴;病机演变在心肝。提出了辨证治疗原则:扶正为先,祛邪为辅;专病专方,随症加减。临床验证,疗效显著。The paperintroduced the cognition and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment on high-risk human papillomavirus infection in women of HEs'gynecology in Hangzhou,and summarized the understanding of Chinese and Western medicine on cervical diseases caused by human papillomavirus infection.This paper expounds the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM:weakness of vital qi,internal immersion of pathogenic toxin,loss of spleen transport,internal accumulation of turbid qi,and the evolution of pathogenesis in the heart and liver.The principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment are put forward:strengthening the body resistance is the first,expelling pathogenic factors is the second,and special prescriptions for special diseases are added or subtracted according to the symptoms.the curative effect is remarkable by clinical verification.
