摘　　要：狼疮性脂膜炎是红斑狼疮的特殊类型,王萍教授认为该病的病因病机为阴阳失衡,虚寒为本,毒蕴凝结为标。文章从辨证思路、病因病机等方面阐述王萍教授治疗狼疮性脂膜炎的经验,并整理了典型验案,使用古方秦艽丸加减治疗,取得了满意的临床疗效,体现了调和阴阳、扶正固本的学术思想。Lupus erythematosus panniculitis is a special type of lupus erythematosus.Professor WANG Ping believes that the major etiological factor of the disease is the imbalance of yin and yang with the deficiency and cold as the foundation and the condensation of toxin as the symptom.This paper states professor WANG Ping's experience of the treatment of lupus erythematosus panniculitis from the aspects of syndrome differentiation,etiology and pathogenesis,and also sorts out the typical cases.By using Qinjiao Pills modified formula for treatment,a satisfactory curative effect is achieved,which reflects the academic thought of balancing yin and yang,reinforcing the healthy qi and nurturing the essence.
