摘　　要：王道坤教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎的病机属于虚实夹杂之证,多由脾胃虚弱,胃络瘀阻,虚瘀交错等因素共同所致。提出扶正化瘀、标本兼顾的辨证法则,治疗上虚以健脾益气,理气和胃,瘀以行气化瘀、化痰消痞为主,使得气血并调,瘀血自消。临证遣方用药忌刚用柔,平淡轻灵顾护脾胃之气,有效逆转胃黏膜腺体萎缩、肠上皮化生和不典型增生等病理性改变,突出了治病求本的辨治思想。Professor WANG Daokun believes that the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis belongs to the syndrome of deficiency and accumulation,which is mostly caused by the weakness of the spleen and stomach,the blockage of the stomach collagals,and the interlacing of deficiency and blood stasis.It puts forward the syndrome differentiation rule of‘Fuzheng Huayu'and‘Balance of symptoms and root causes'.The treatment of upper deficiency is to strengthen spleen and qi,regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach,regulate qi and blood stasis,and eliminate phlegm and abdominal distention,so that qi and blood can be regulated and blood stasis can eliminate itself.The medicine of clinical prescription should avoid just using soft,plain and light to take care of stomach qi,and effectively reverse the pathological changes of gastric mucosal gland atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia,highlighting the diagnosis and treatment idea of seeking the root of the disease and treating the syndrome differentiation.
