基于司外揣内从六经辨证探讨肿瘤“症-经-证”辨治模式

摘　　要：肿瘤症状纷繁复杂,亟待一定的辨治模式用以指导中医临证。司外揣内提供由外症判断内证的基本思路,而实现从症到证的抽象转化须赖于逻辑严谨的辨证思维,以症归六经、六经分证为思维模式的六经辨证不失为连接症-证的逻辑桥梁。文章结合司外揣内与六经辨证创建肿瘤“症-经-证”三位一体辨治模式,据症归经、依经判证、由证论治为具体步骤,通过探讨此辨治模式在肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌三大恶性肿瘤的临证应用,为类推于诸多肿瘤的治疗提供了参考。创建中医肿瘤辨治模式,可以拓展中医肿瘤临床诊疗思路,达到提升临床疗效的目的。transformation from symptoms to syndromes relies on the logical and rigorous syndrome differentiation thinking.The six channels syndrome differentiation based on the thinking mode of atributing symptoms to six channels and dividing syndromes is a logical bridge connecting symptoms and syndromes.In this paper,combined the governing exterior to infer interior and the six channels syndrome differentiation,the"symptom-channel-syndrome'trinity differentiation and treatment mode of tumor is established.According to attributing symptoms to six channels,judging syndrome according to the channel,determining the treatment by the syndrome as the specific steps.It provides reference for the treatment of many analogical tumors by discussing the clinical application of this differentiation and treatment mode in the three major malignant tumors of breast cancer,lung cancer and colon cancer.The establishment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)tumor differentiation and treatment model can expand the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM tumor and improve the clinical efficacy.
