摘　　要：中医治法是中医学基础理论体系和中医临床理法方药辨治体系的重要内容,确定治法也是临床辨证论治的核心内容之一。然而,中医治法理论一直未被系统总结,没有一本专门针对中医治法方面的教材或专著。千余种治法被广泛运用于中药学、方剂学、中医内科学、中医外科学等基础以及临床学科中,由于治法的定义、适用病证以及使用方法这3个核心问题都没有在中医学理论体系中得以系统回答,导致了各个治法基础概念的混淆不清以及临床使用上的不规范、不合理。直到2022年4月,高等中医药院校“十四五”创新教材《中医治疗方法学》正式出版,成为我国第一本全面、系统地介绍中医治疗方法学的专业教材,也标志着中医治疗方法学理论体系初步形成。中医治疗方法学对填补中医基础理论体系中治法内容的空白、完善理法方药辨治体系中治法的内容、强化治法在中医基础理论向临床实践跨越的“桥梁”作用、促进中医基础学科与临床学科的发展具有十分重要的意义。The theory of therapeutic methods is an important part of the basic theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the clinical treatment system of principle-method-recipe-medicinal.The determination of therapeutic methods is also one of the core contents of syndrome differentiation and treatment.However,the theory of therapeutic methods does not been systematically summarized,and there is no textbook or monograph specifically for therapeutic methods.More than a thousand therapeutic methods have been widely used in basic and clinical disciplines such as Chinese materia medica,Chinese medical formulas,Chinese internal medicine,Chinese external medicine,etc..Because the three core questions of the definition of treatment,applicable disease and syndrome,and use methods do not been systematically answered in the theoretical system of TCM,the basic concepts of each treatment are confused,and the clinical use is not standardized and reasonable.Until April,2022,TCM Therapeutic Methodology(innovative textbook for the 14th five-year plan'of colleges and universities of TCM of the people's Health Publishing House)was offcially published,becoming the first professional textbook in China to comprehensively and systematically introduce TCM therapeutic methodology,and also marking the initial formation of the theoretical system of TCM therapeutic methodology.TCM therapeutic methodology is of great significance to fill the gap in the content of therapeutic methods in the basic theoretical system of TCM,improve the content of therapeutic methods in the clinical treatment system of principle-method-recipe-medicinal,strengthen the role of therapeutic methods as a"bridge"between the basic theory of TCM and clinical practice,and promote the development of basic and clinical disciplines of TCM.
