摘　　要：冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)是影响人类健康的主要心血管疾病之一。目前其诊断的“金标准”均为有创检查,不适合筛查使用。研究者们一直试图通过总结CHD的临床特征进行诊断预测,锁定高危人群。但是现有的诊断预测模型均是以西方人群为基础建立的,在我国应用受限。中医特色诊法是在中医基础理论的指导下,通过观察身体局部显现的各种特征,发现和诊察疾病的方法,如面诊、耳诊、眼诊、手诊、舌下脉络诊法、腹诊等。它不依赖理化检查,且临床特征易于识别,便于推广应用。如果能够借助现代医学的研究手段,深入挖掘中医特色诊法与CHD的相关性,构建CHD中医断预测模型,则可以为CHD的筛查提供一种简便、无创的参考工具,实现CHD的早期识别、早期诊断。Coronary artery disease is one of the main cardiovascular diseases affecting human health.At present,the'gold standard'for diagnosis is invasive examination.Therefore,it is not suitable for clinical screening.Researchers have been trying to accurately target high-risk groups by summarizing the clinical characteristics of coronary heart disease.However,the existing diagnostic and prediction models are based on the western population and are not suitable for application in China.Under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),TCM characteristic diagnosis is a method to discover and diagnose diseases by observing various characteristics of local body,such as face diagnosis,ear diagnosis,eye diagnosis,hand diagnosis,sublingual vein diagnosis,abdominal diagnosis,etc..It does not rely on physical and chemical examination,and its clinical features are easy to identify,which is convenient for popularization and application.If we can make use of modern medical research means to deeply explore the correlation between TCM characteristic diagnosis methods and coronary heart disease,and build a prediction model of TCM judgment of coronary heart disease,then we can provide a simple and non-invasive reference tool for coronary heart disease screening,and achieve early recognition and early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
