摘　　要：左旋多巴一直被视为治疗帕金森病的“金标准”,然而其引起的不良反应,如左旋多巴诱发异动症(LID),有着较高的致残率,甚至比疾病本身更为严重,给帕金森病的治疗带来很大困难,同时也严重影响患者的生活质量。近些年来,中医临床医家采用中药治疗帕金森病、防治LID积累了诸多心得,且在相关的机制研究方面也取得了一定研究进展。文章就LID的发病机制、中医理论对LID的认知以及中药干预LID的研究现状进行综述,以期为中药用于治疗帕金森病、预防西药不良反应提供思路与方法。Levodopa has been regarded as the'golden standard'for the treatment of Parkinson's disease.However,it will cause severe side effect,such as levodopa-induced dyskinesia(LID),which will cause disability.LID is even more serious than Parkinson's disease.It makes treatment of Parkinson's disease more diffcult and also seriously affects the quality of life of patients.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical doctors prefer to treat Parkinson's disease as well as to prevent LID with TCM.Related mechanism researches have also been reported.This article aims to review the pathogenesis and of LID,the cognition of TCM theory on LID,and the research progress of TCM intervention on LID,to provide ideas and methods for TCM for treating Parkinson's disease and preventing side effects of levodopa.
