基于“形神合一”探讨原发性痛经患者的五态人格特征及其与情绪状态的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性痛经(PD)寒凝血瘀证、气滞血瘀证患者的五态人格特征,并分析其与情绪状态的相关性。方法:选取91例PD患者为研究对象,56名健康者为对照,对其进行五态人格测验表、贝克焦虑量表(BAI)测评。结果:PD患者以少阴型人格评分最高。与全国18~29岁常模组比较,PD组太阳、少阳、太阴型人格评分均显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),少阴型人格评分显著升高(P<0.01)。与健康对照组比较,PD组BAI评分显著升高(P<0.01)。PD组太阴型人格评分与BAI评分呈正相关(P<0.01),阴阳平和型人格评分与BAI评分呈负相关(P<0.01),两种证型的相关性分析结果与整体一致。结论:少阴型人格及焦虑情绪人群最易发生PD,太阴型人格人群易发焦虑情绪。人格特征在情绪状态对PD的影响过程中可能起到中介作用,而两种证型的太阴型人格对情绪状态的影响无明显差异。Objective:To explore the five-pattern personality characteristics of patients with primary dysmenorrhea(PD)which is cold blood stasis or qi stagnation and blood stasis,and analyze the correlation between their personality and emotional state.Methods:A total of 91 PD patients were recruited as the research subjects,and 56 healthy people were selected as the control group.The Five-Pattern Personality test,and the the Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI)were evaluated.Results:The score of Shaoyin of PD was the highest.Compared with the national 18-29 norm,the scores of Taiyang,Shaoyang,and Taiyin of PD were significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the scores of Shaoyin were significantly increased(P<0.01).The BAI scores of PD were significantly higher than those of control groups(P<0.01).The scores of Taiyin personality of PD were positively correlated with BAI(P<0.01),and the Yinyang balance personality were negatively correlated with BAI(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two pattern of syndromes.Conclusion:People with Shaoyin personality and anxious mood were most likely to develop PD,and Taiyin personality is positively correlated with anxious mood.Personality characteristics may play a mediating role in the influence of emotional state on PD,there was no significant difference between the two pattern of syndromes.
