从“痞坚之处,必有伏阳”议保和丸用连翘之旨

摘　　要：保和丸是治食积的代表方,其所治之“食积”通常被解读为伤食证,然而保和丸并非为伤食证之食积而立,此方最早出自《丹溪心法》“积聚痞块”门类,故其所治“食积”是因饮食内伤造成了食郁,并且迁延日久所生的积聚痞块。文章通过对比朱丹溪治伤食证之常法以及保和丸与越鞠法的联系,得出方中连翘非为消食所设,而是由于积聚痞块可使局部气血郁而化热,故用连翘清热散结,即清其伏火,散其痞坚。正所谓“痞坚之处,必有伏阳”的道理。Baohe Pills is the representative prescription for the treatment of food accumulation,its treatment of‘food accumulation'is usually interpreted as the syndrome of injury to food,but Baohe Pills is not for the syndrome of injury to food accumulation of food accumulation,this prescription first from the Danxi Xinfa of‘accumulation of mass'category.so its treatment of‘food accumulation'is due to internal injury caused by food depression,and prolonged accumulation of mass.By comparing ZHU Danxi's normal treatment of injury and food syndrome and the connection between Baohe Pills tand Yueju methods,the paper draws the conclusion that Fructus Forsythlae in prescription is not for digestion,because the accumulation of ruffian blocks can make local qi and blood depression and heat,so Fructus Forsythiae is used to clear heat and disperse knot,namely to clear its fire and disperse its ruffian blocks.It is the truth that‘where ruffian is strong.there will be Fuyang'.
