摘　　要：葛洪是魏晋时期杰出的医道家,所著《抱朴子内篇》将医学与道学串联,开医道之先河;《肘后备急方》则是中国第一部临床急救手册,首创对多种疫病的诊疗理念和方法的描述,开我国免疫研究之先河。文章对葛洪玄道守一的本体思想、我主我命的主体思想、防疫治疫的研究观点进行分析。玄道守一,意在倡导人们由内而外保养精神;我主我命,意在强调自修自救的重要性;在防疫治疫的研究上,葛洪采取将疫病分类而治的方法,留下许多行之有效的方剂。葛洪精研道学与医学,在不断的医学实践中创新理念,为后世中医学发展留下宝贵资料。GE Hong was an outstanding medical expert in the Wei Jin dynasties,his literature Baopuzi Neipian connecting medicine and Taoism,opening the first medical road.Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies is the first clinical first aid manual.Among this,GE Hong described the concepts and methods of diagnosis and treatment of various diseases for the first time.It is the first kind of immunization research in China.This article try to analyse the ontology thought,the subject thought of my master and my life,and the research viewpoint of epidemic prevention and treatment.He advocated people to maintain the spirit from the inside out,and highlighted the importance of self-repair and self-help.In the study of epidemic prevention and control,GE Hong adopted the method of classifying and treating epidemic diseases,left us many effective prescriptions.GE Hong studied hard in the Taoism and medicine,innovated ideas in the continuous medical practice,left valuable information for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in later generations.
