摘 要:目的对卷柏科卷柏属植物翠云草及小翠云的药材进行系统的生药学鉴别研究。方法采用植物性状鉴别、横切面显微鉴别、薄层色谱以及紫外-可见分光和液相色谱含量测定,对翠云草和小翠云进行系统比较和鉴别。结果归纳整理了翠云草和小翠云在性状,横切显微特征、薄层色谱、含量测定方面存在的差异。特别是通过叶缘特征结合横切面特征可以区分2种植物。结论该研究可以区分鉴别翠云草与混淆品小翠云,对翠云草鉴定及质量控制提供参考依据。ObjectiveeThe pharmacognosy identification of Selaginella uncinata and Selaginella kraussiana was studied systematically.MethodsSystematic identification of Selaginella uncinata and Selaginella kraussiana was carried out through comparative studies such as trait identification,cross-sectional microscopic identification,thin layer chromatography,UV-Vis spectroscopy,and HPLC content determination.Results Summarized and organized the differences between Selaginella uncinata and Selaginella kraussiana in terms of morphology,microscopy,thin-layer chromatography,and content determination,especially by combining leaf edge features with cross-sectional features to identify points,these two types of plants could be distinguished.Conclusion This research is able to distinguish Selaginella uncinata from Selaginella kraussiana and also supply better identification and control of quality of Selaginella uncinata.
