摘　　要：越来越多的研究表明,睡眠障碍与阿尔茨海默病(AD)关系密切。睡眠障碍既是AD发生的危险因素之一,也是AD病程中最常伴发的临床症状,睡眠障碍一旦出现又会加重认知症状,加速痴呆进程,增加治疗难度与照料者负担。目前AD相关睡眠障碍的西药治疗效果有限。因而,研究AD相关的睡眠障碍特征,探索中医药防治方法,可为其提供新的治疗与研究思路。More and more studies have shown that sleep disorders are closely related to Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Sleep disorder is not only one of the risk factors for AD,but also the most common clinical symptom in the course of AD.Once sleep disorder occurs,it will aggravate cognitive symptoms,accelerate the process of dementia,and increase the difficulty of treatment and the burden of caregivers.At present,the therapeutic effects of western medicine for AD-related sleep disorders are limited.Therefore,studying the characteristics of AD-related sleep disorders and exploring the prevention and treatment methods of TCM can provide new treatment and research ideas for it.
