法于“以髓养髓,消痰开郁”探讨VaD伴抑郁的治疗

摘　　要：“脾失健运,肾精不足”是血管性痴呆(VaD)伴抑郁发生的病理基础,“脾肾两虚,痰瘀互结,神机失用,继而生郁”是VaD伴抑郁的基本病机,现代医学从髓鞘修复角度探讨VaD伴抑郁的治疗,与中医“健运后天之脾以充养先天肾精,健脾消痰,益肾生髓,以髓养髓,醒窍开郁”的治法精神契合,是加减薯蓣丸有效治疗Va D伴抑郁的治疗法则。“Deficiency of kidney essence,spleen dysfunction”is the pathological basis of vascular dementia(VaD)with depression,“deficiency of spleen and kidney,phlegm dampness and blood stasis,dysfunctionc of magic mechanism,and then depression”happens is the basic pathogenesis of VaD with depression,while from the repairation of myelin in modern medical to investigate“invigorating the acquired spleen to replenish the innate kidney essence,invigorating the spleen to eliminate phlegm,benefiting the kidney and marrow,invigorating the kidney to nourish myelin sheath,sobering the mind and opening the depression”is the legislative idea of Modified Shuyu Pills to treat VaD with depression effectively.
