翁沥通胶囊联合针刺运动疗法治疗良性前列腺增生临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察翁沥通胶囊联合针刺运动疗法治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)临床疗效。方法将我院BPH患者64例随机分为对照组与治疗组各32例。对照组患者口服非那雄胺治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加以翁沥通胶囊联合针刺运动疗法。比较两组临床疗效,对比治疗前后前列腺体积、最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿量、前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评估量表(QOL)、雌二醇(E_(2))、睾酮(T)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、全血高切黏度和低切黏度、纤维蛋白原水平的数值。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组T水平、Qmax高于治疗前,前列腺体积、残余尿量、IPSS、QOL评分、E_(2)、PSA、全血高切黏度和低切黏度、纤维蛋白原低于治疗前;治疗组T水平、Qmax高于对照组,前列腺体积、残余尿量、IPSS、QOL评分、E_(2)、PSA、全血高切黏度和低切黏度、纤维蛋白原低于对照组(<0.05)。结论翁沥通胶囊联合针刺运动疗法治疗BPH疗效确切,可促进排尿,减轻前列腺症状,提高生活质量,调节性激素,改善血液流变学。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenglitong Capsules combined with acupuncture exercise therapy in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Sixty-four patients with BPH were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 32 cases in each group.Control group received oral treatment with finasteride,while treatment group received Wenglitong Capsules combined with acupuncture and exercise therapy on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,the values of prostate volume,maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),residual urine volume,Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),Quality of Life Assessment Scale(QOL),estradiol (E_(2)),testosterone(T),prostate specific antigen(PSA),whole blood high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity,and fibrinogen levels of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the T levels and Qmax were higher than before treatment in both groups,and were higher in treatment group than control group;the prostate volume,residual urine volume,IPSS,QOL score,E2,PSA,whole blood high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity,and fibrinogen were lower than before treatment in both groups,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenglitong Capsules combined with acupuncture exercise therapy is effective in treatment of BPH,promoting urination,alleviating prostate symptoms,improving quality of life and hemorheology,regulating sex hormones.
