复方芩兰口服液联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒对儿童流行性感冒发热疗效及炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察复方芩兰口服液联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒对儿童流行性感冒(流感)发热疗效及炎症因子水平的影响。方法 将流感患儿216例随机分为观察组与对照组各108例,对照组给予磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合复方芩兰口服液治疗,观察两组治疗后临床疗效、退热情况、临床体征(黏膜充血、咳嗽、流涕、咳痰)缓解时间,对比两组治疗前后炎症因子血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及不良反应。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组开始退热时间、完全退热时间均短于对照组,体温复升率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组黏膜充血、咳嗽、流涕、胃肠道症状等临床体征缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 复方芩兰口服液联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒可快速缓解患儿临床体征,促进体温恢复正常,加速炎症消失进程,促进患儿恢复。Objective To observe the curative effect of Fufang Qinlan Oral Solution combined with oseltamivir phosphate granule on children with influenza fever and its influences on inflammatory factor levels.Methods A total of 216 children with influenza were randomly divided into observation group and control group,108 cases in each group.Control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules,while observation group was additionally treated with Fufang Qinlan Oral Solution.The clinical curative effect,antipyretic state,remission time of clinical signs(mucosal congestion,cough,running nose,expectoration)in the two groups were observed after treatment.The levels of inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the antipyretic start time and complete antipyretic time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and recovery rate of body temperature was lower than that in control group( P<0.05);the remission time of clinical signs(mucosal congestion,cough,running nose,gastrointestinal symptom)in observation group was shorter than that in control group( P<0.05);CRP,TNF- and IL-6 levels were lower than those in control group( P<0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse reactionsbetween the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Fufang Qinlan Oral Solution combined with oseltamivir phosphate granule canrapidly relieve clinical syndroms,promote the recovery of body temperature,accelerate inflammation disappearance and promotethe recovery of children.
