摘  要:目的比较不同加工方法对刀党参药材品质的影响,优选刀党参最佳产地加工工艺。方法以揉搓方式和干燥方式为考察因素,采用正交设计,以醇溶性浸出物、党参炔苷、党参多糖、苍术内酯Ⅲ、5-羟甲基糠醛等含量作为评价指标,采用综合评分法对测定结果进行分析。结果筛选出刀党参最佳产地加工工艺为揉搓1次后摊晾至根条绕指不断、40℃烘干。结论试验优选的产地加工方法简单实用,药材成分保留较好,适宜在刀党参产区推广。Objective To compare of the effects of different processing methods on the quality of Dao Dangshen with comprehensive scoring method,and to select the best optimal processing technology for Dao Dangshen from the producing area.Methods Using kneading and drying methods as the evaluation factors,an orthogonal design was used to evaluate the content of alcohol soluble extract,Codonopsis pilosula glycoside,Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide,atractylolactone Ⅲ,5-hydroxymethylfurfural,etc.The comprehensive scoring method was used to analyze the determination results.Results The optimal processing process for selecting the best origin of Codonopsis pilosula was to knead once and then spread and air until the roots were wrapped around the fingers continuously,and dry at 40 ℃.Conclusion The processing method selected for this experiment is simple and practical,and the medicinal ingredients are well preserved,making it suitable for promotion in the production areas of Dao Dangshen.
