摘 要:科技进步和全球竞争的双重压力使得种业公司面临巨大的研发挑战。针对这一趋势,创新合作模式逐渐成为种业公司追求的关键策略,以期通过外部资源整合,加速创新进程,保持市场竞争力。本研究旨在深入探讨创新合作模式对种业公司研发链管理的具体影响。通过对国内外若干种业公司的深入案例研究,我们发现,合适的创新合作模式不仅可以为种业公司引入先进技术和研发资源,缩短产品上市周期,还有助于提高其研发团队的活跃度和整体研发效益。但合作过程中,企业也可能遭遇知识产权风险、合作伙伴不匹配、合作意愿不一致等问题。针对这些挑战,本研究进一步提供了针对性的策略建议,希望帮助种业公司更高效、低风险地实施创新合作,从而更好地应对瞬息万变的市场环境。The dual pressures of technological advancement and global competition have posed significant R&D challenges for seed companies.Against this backdrop,innovative collaboration models have gradually become a pivotal strategy pursued by seed companies.By integrating external resources,these companies aim to accelerate the innovation process and maintain competitive edge.This study delves into the specific impacts of innovative collaboration models on the R&D chain management of seed companies.Through in-depth case studies of several domestic and international seed companies,we discovered that appropriate collaborative innovation models can introduce advanced technologies and R&D resources to seed companies,shorten product-to-market cycles,and enhance the vitality and overall benefits of their R&D teams.However,during the collaboration process,enterprises may encounter challenges such as intellectual property risks,mismatches with partners,and inconsistent collaboration intentions.Addressing these challenges,this research further provides targeted strategic recommendations,hoping to assist seed companies in implementing innovative collaborations more efficiently and with reduced risks,thereby better adapting to the ever-changing market environment.
