摘  要:在共轨喷油嘴的电火花倒锥微孔加工中,存在电极侧边损耗影响倒锥孔形一致性及流量稳定性等问题,通过在相同参数条件下选取电极端面损耗、加工效率、出口孔径尺寸、出入口孔径一致性指标四个加工效果参数,分析了电极丝的摆动、振动、上下伺服三个运动状态对电极损耗及零件加工的影响,得出电极各运动参数与电极侧面损耗之间的影响关系,为倒锥微孔放电加工的产品设计及加工工艺选取提供了参考。In the electrical discharge machining of inverted cone micro-holes in the common rail fuel injector,there are problems such as electrode loss affecting the consistency of the inverted cone hole shape and flow stability.By selecting four machining effect parameters,namely electrode end face loss,machining efficiency,outlet aperture size,and inlet and outlet aperture consistency,the influence of electrode wire swing,vibration,and up down servo motion on electrode loss and part machining was analyzed under the same parameter conditions.The relationship between the various motion parameters of the electrode and the side loss of the electrode was obtained,which provides a reference for the product design and technique selection of electrical discharge inverted cone micro-hole machining.
