摘　　要：衡量与评价学术期刊是否实现“高质量发展”的标准究竟何指,业界迄今并未达成共识。而这一事关学术期刊乃至学术事业发展前景的重大理论问题如此重要,以致于如果业界不能先决性地在攸关学刊高质量发展的诸般根本问题上取得共识,便不能达成相对稳定与可持续的业界发展标准,更无法找到以之为标的的共识性行业发展进路;甚而至于,学术期刊乃至学术事业的整体发展难免误入歧途之虞。在办刊理念与办刊实践之中,秉持繁荣学术、探求真知之要旨,倡导学术争鸣与交锋,鼓励百家之言蜂出并作,以为人类命运共同体贡献普遍性形上智慧,方可谓之切中学术期刊高质量发展的脉象。The academic circles have so far not reached a consensus about the standard for measuring and evaluating whether an academic journal has achieved the “high-quality development”. This theoretical issue is so important that if the academic circles cannot reach a consensus about the fundamental issues related to the high-quality development of academic journals, it will not achieve relatively stable and sustainable professional development standards, let alone find a consensus-based professional development path. Even the overall development of academic journals and the academic profession may be at risk of going astray. In the philosophy and practice of journal management, for the purpose of contributing universal metaphysical wisdom to the community of shared interests for mankind, it is essential to adhere to the idea of promoting academic prosperity and seeking true knowledge, to advocate academic debates and confrontations, to encourage diverse opinions. Only then can it be considered as holding the key to high-quality development of academic journals.
