摘  要:针对某燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组给水泵投产初期多次发生给水泵平衡盘磨损问题,结合给水泵运行方式和故障现象,从平衡盘和最小流量阀工作原理出发,分析平衡盘的磨损原因,得出给水泵启动过程中低转速运行时间长是平衡盘频繁磨损的主要原因。同时提出了给水泵变频升速曲线优化方案,通过设定变频器不同的加速时间,并利用DCS进行逻辑控制,减少给水泵低转速运行时间,解决了给水泵平衡盘异常磨损问题,提高了给水泵设备可靠性。Aiming at the multiple wear issues of the balance disc of the feed water pump in a gas-steam combined cycle unit during the initial production stage,combined with operation mode and fault phenomenon of the feed water pump,starting from the working principles of the balance disc and the minimum flow valve,the reasons for the wear of the balance disc are analyzed.It is concluded that the main reason for frequent wear of the balance disc is the long running time at low speed during the start-up process of the feed water pump.At the same time,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of frequency conversion and speed-up curve of feed water pump.By setting different acceleration time of frequency converter and using DCS to carry out logic control,the running time of low speed of the feed water pump is reduced,and the problem of abnormal wear of balance disc of feed water pump is solved,which improving the reliability of feed water pump equipment.
