摘  要:本文采用阳极氧化铝模板辅助真空蒸镀技术研究并制备了厘米级、形貌均一、颗粒尺寸可控的银纳米颗粒(AgNPs)阵列,并结合传统的湿法转移技术获得了单层MoS_(2)/AgNPs阵列复合结构。系统研究了该复合结构的表面增强荧光(SEF)特性,结果表明我们制备的AgNPs阵列可用作高效SEF基底来增强单层MoS_(2)的荧光性能。且随着温度降低,单层MoS_(2)的荧光性能得到了进一步提升。本研究为MoS_(2)在光电集成领域的应用提供了理论和技术基础。In this paper,the centimeter-scale uniform silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)arrays with controllable sizes are prepared by using anodic aluminum oxide template-assisted vacuum thermal evaporation technology.Then,the monolayer MoS_(2)/AgNPs array hybrid structures are obtained by wet transfer method.The surface-enhanced fluorescence(SEF)properties of the hybrid structure are systematically investigated.We find that the fabricated AgNPs arrays could be used as efficient SEF substrates to enhance the fluorescence intensity of monolayer MoS_(2).Meanwhile,the fluorescence intensity of monolayer MoS_(2) can been further improved with temperature decreasing.This study may provide a basis for the application of MoS_(2) in the field of optoelectronic integration.
