摘 要:在数字经济成为我国经济高质量发展的新引擎的背景下,农业企业亟需进行数字时代的动态转型升级。在分析数字化浪潮下农业企业的机遇与挑战的基础上,本文提出农业企业数字化转型的动力因素,包括数据、数字技术和服务;实践路径包括:基于数据为主要资源、以数字技术为手段的决策模式的战略方向;推动数据部门成为农业企业经营决策机构的组织结构变革;从订单思维向客户思维转变的营销模式变革;从传统生产模式向共创生产模式转变的产品生产变革;将开放式创新贯彻于其运营战略中的研发创新变革。In the context of the digital economy emerging as a new driving force for high-quality economic development in our country,agricultural enterprises urgently require a dynamic transformation and upgrade in the digital era.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by agricultural enterprises in the digitalization wave,and proposes the motivating factors for the digital transformation of these enterprises,including data,digital technology,and services.The practical paths include strategic directions based on data as the primary resource and digital technology as the means for decision-making,organizational structural changes to empower the data department as the operational decision-making body of agricultural enterprises,a marketing model shift from an order-oriented mindset to a customer-centric approach,a product production transformation from traditional production methods to collaborative creation,and the incorporation of open innovation into operational strategies for research and development innovation.
