摘 要:建立了基于温度振幅谱密度的低频温度噪声传递模型,并通过实验验证了模型的准确性,通过该模型研究低频热流条件下,热源频谱特性以及热控材料的厚度对温度噪声传递的影响。研究结果表明:随噪声频率的增加,经过被动热控材料抑制的温度噪声逐渐降低,并最终基本保持不变,说明在文章提供的材料条件下,超过0.17 Hz时适合用被动热控材料进行温度噪声抑制,低于0.17 Hz时需要采用主动热控方法进行抑制;随被动热控材料厚度的增加,温度噪声的对数线性降低,对于超低频温度噪声需要采用更厚的热控材料,从节省空间资源的角度,超低频温度噪声更适合用主动热控方法进行抑制。In this paper,a low-frequency temperature noise transmission model based on temperature amplitude spectral density has been established,and the accuracy of the model is verified by experiments.The model can be used to study the influence of the spectral characteristics of heat source and the thickness of thermal control materials on the temperature noise transmission under low frequency heat flow condition.The research results show that the temperature noise gradually decreases and eventually remains basically unchanged with the increase of noise frequency,indicating that under the material conditions provided in this paper,the passive thermal control material is suitable for temperature noise suppression above 0.17 Hz,and the active thermal control method is necessary for temperature noise suppression below 0.17 Hz.With the increase of the thickness of the passive thermal control material,the logarithm of the temperature noise decreases linearly.For the ultra-low frequency temperature noise,thicker thermal control material is needed.In order to save space resources,the ultra-low frequency temperature noise is more suitable for active thermal control method to suppress.
