摘 要:针对太阳同步轨道遥感卫星上的小型长寿命星敏感器周边环境红外辐射特性影响复杂导致的温控问题,文章提出了星敏感器所经受的太阳直照外热流和周边环境红外辐射定量解析方法,并根据外热流分析结果逐步确定了星敏感器热控设计的思路。以某遥感卫星为例,进行了设计和仿真验证,结果表明:在各种工况下星敏感器法兰温度均满足指标需求。最后,对星敏感器中制冷器开启的工况进行了分析,展示了制冷器开启对星敏感器的温度波动影响,可为进一步优化星敏感器温控性能提供设计参考。In response to the temperature control problem caused by the complex influence of infrared radiation characteristics in the surrounding enviroment of a small long-life star sensor on sun-synchronous orbit,a quantitative analysis method is proposed for the solar direct external heat flux and surrounding infrared radiation imposed on the star sensor in this paper.Based on the analysis results of external heat flux,the thermal design concept is gradually determined.Taking a certain remote sensing satellite as an example,detailed thermal design and simulation analysis are carried out,and the simulation results show that the flange temperature of the star sensor meets the indicator requirements under various working conditions.Finally,an analysis is conducted on the operating conditions of the refrigeration system in the star sensor,demonstrating the impact of refrigeration on temperature fluctuation of the star sensor.The results can provide a design references for further optimizing the thermal control performance of the star sensor.
