摘 要:针对大型相控阵天线试验验证需求,提出一种局部热试验验证方法,选取代表大型相控阵天线阵热分布特征的局部构件开展模块级热试验,针对主导误差源开展局部热试验获取其影响,将局部热试验与仿真分析相结合,实现大型相控阵天线热试验验证。结果表明:基于局部试验的热分析结果与整星热试验结果具有较好的一致性,可为大型相控阵天线的热试验验证提供技术支撑。In order to meet the requirement of thermal test verification of large phased array antenna,a verification technology of partial thermal test has been proposed and studied in this paper.Firstly,partial components representing the heat distribution characteristics of the large phased array antenna are selected for module level thermal test.On the other hand,partial thermal test is carried out to obtain the influence of the dominant error sources.Then,the thermal test verification of the whole large phased array antenna can be achieved by integrating the partial thermal test and simulation analysis.It is found that,the thermal analysis results based on partial thermal test have a good consistency with the thermal test results of the entire satellite.This indicates that the proposed method can provide technical support for the thermal test verification of large phased array antenna.
