摘 要:卫星推进系统管路加热带的温度分布是影响推进系统任务实现及卫星在轨长寿命高可靠工作的致命因素。文章通过基础试验方法研究主导管路加热带温度分布的自变量及影响规律。试验结果表明:管路加热带的温度水平与温度场分布均匀性受加热丝丝径、管路管径、缠绕工艺、工作电流影响较大。另外,基于试验实测数据量化自变量影响规律并进行机理分析。文章研究成果可为卫星推进系统管路加热器的可靠性与安全性设计提供参考数据。The temperature distribution of the pipeline heating belt in the satellite propulsion system is a fatal factor affecting the achievement of the propulsion system task and the high reliabi-lity of the long satellite lifepan in orbit.The dependent variable and influence rule of temperature distribution of heating belt in main pipeline are studied by basic test method in the paper.The test results show that the temperature level and distribution uniformity of the temperature field in the pipeline heating belt are greatly affected by the diameter of the heating wire,diameter of the pipeline,winding process and working current.The quantified independent variable influence rule and mechanism analysis are obtained based on test measured data.The research results can provide reference data for the reliability and safety design of the pipeline heaters in satellite propulsion system.
