摘　　要：第一届全国学生(青年)运动会科学论文报告会(以下简称为“科报会”)以“服务强国建设,推进新时代青少年和学校体育高质量发展”为主题,围绕青少年和学校体育领域的焦点、热点和难点问题进行交流,旨在深化体教融合,服务于德智体美劳全面发展的人才培养。本届科报会入选论文围绕着12个研究方向呈现出理论与实践并重、重点突出、方法科学、特色鲜明的特点,体现了时代性、融合性、创新性、高质量、开放性的特征,但也存在一些不足。科报会通过体育精神与中华现代文明、学校体育研究动态与成果转化等方面的论坛报告诠释了新时代学校体育的价值旨归,并最终将科报会所有成果凝缩为向全社会发出的“加强青少年体育和学校体育工作的‘南宁共识’”。The First National Student(Youth)Games Scientific Paper Report Conference(hereinafter referred to as the“Science Report Conference”)focused on the theme of“Serving the construction of a strong country,promoting the high-quality development of youth and school sports in the new era”,and exchanged opinions on the focus,hot spots and difficult issues in the field of youth and school sports,aiming at deepening the integration of sports and education and serving the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor talent training.The selected papers of this Science Report Conference show the characteristics of equal emphasis on theory and practice,prominent focus,scientific method and distinctive characteristics around 12 research directions,reflecting the characteristics of the times,integration,innovation,high quality and openness,but there are some demerits.The forum arrangement of sports spirit and Chinese modern civilization,school sports research trends and results transformation explained the value of school sports in the new era,and finally summarized all the results of the Science Report Conference into the“Nanning Consensus”issued to the whole society to strengthen youth sports and school sports.
